Reminds me of one of the pink flowery wallpaper that came on the Window XP's - but this one is much better!
Yellow is an interesting choice, since it interprets into friendship. If this is a present for your bf, orange would have been more appropriate. Its my favourite colour for the fact that its between red & yellow: love & friendship, two if the [colour] components to a great relationship
